Senior Product Designer • B2B & B2C | Growth, Retention & Complex Systems | Data-driven

Hi, I’m Polina — a product designer who believes that good products respect users and still help the business grow.

Working remotely, I thrive in cross-product work, making complex flows simple and tackling problems that actually move the product forward.

In my free time I enjoy architecture, movies and series, good food and travel. I’m also trying to learn French (emphasis on trying).

Core Work Experience

Emerging Travel Group

Booking platform for travel agents (B2B)

I worked on partner activation and retention in multiple cross-product projects. I redesigned the registration flow to support new international markets, created the loyalty program page from scratch, and fully reimagined the direction for Quotes product (sharable collection of offers).

Learned: navigating B2B specifics, working under strict budget constraints, handling international requirements, and conducting research in English.

Platforms: Web, mobile web.

Foxford

Online school for children (B2C)

I focused on attracting and retaining students to Foxford Home School. I introduced a simpler way to pass attestation without bureaucracy, contributed to the large-scale product rebranding, and strengthened my research and visual design skills.

Learned: balancing emotional and functional UX in education, collaborating closely with marketing, and refining polished UI at scale.

Platforms: Web, mobile web.

Zarplata.ru

Job search platform (B2C & B2B)

I improved the applicant journey from registration to applying with a finished resume. I redesigned the registration experience and refined search filters to make them clearer and more intuitive across platforms.

Learned: product thinking, asking the right questions, teamwork, and designing for high-traffic multi-platform products.

Platforms: Web, mobile web, iOS, Android.

Here’s a curated timeline of my work — from the newest projects to the earlier ones.

Most of them are part of internal platforms or login-only products, so I can’t share direct links. Still, I’ve included as many visuals and details as I can within NDA limits.
